If you send us an email to info@adamsandpeabody.com requesting personal data or the right to be forgotten, the requesting email MUST come from that particular email address in order to verify that the request is valid and also to protect your personal information. We reserve the right to request further identity verification before releasing any data. In order to protect your information and because people may have the same name, we will only provide or delete personal information associated with the particular email address. We will not delete the personal information of a person who still owes a debt to Adams & Peabody, as it is considered personal information related to an ongoing transaction.
