There is no better place to understand the simple explosive flavors of central Italian cooking then in the hillsides just south of Florence. Explore Siena’s history, art, and architecture, with our professional local guide. Taste the delicious fare – this cucina Toscana – while absorbing the hum of daily life in the central piazza. Our four-star accommodations in the heart of the city invite you to casually explore the smaller artisanal leather and craft vendors. In Montalcino we have an insider’s perspective of Tuscan vineyard life from one of Brunello di Montalcino consortium’s oldest vintners. Enjoy several vintages of their spectacular wines, while dine in their village’s classic trattoria. The fare couldn’t be more rustic: authentic tuscan vegetable, game and pasta dishes all created with respect for the region’s rich culinary history.
